  Good at what she specializes in but i feel I could be treated a little more like a patient that is cared for. I thank jankowski for all her work so far on my wound but I need a strong dr patient relationship and understanding. I have dealt with my health disorders for years, lost many jobs due to these and I just want to be 100% cured so this doesn't continue to happen. I think ahe dies great work yet when it comes to any questions concerns or needed something done I feel I am botherijg them but it's protocol in my situation. The front staff is excellent I love whitney and Tre but the nurses can be a little harsh and get ask unnecessary questions at times, as well I also feel when uncovering the wounds they can be a little more gentle. I am intimated at times because I'm scared ill get the dr all upset by asking a question or asking for something I need signed to keep my job for when I am ready to go back without missing anymore work. I thank the wound care in Rowlett for the success but wish the bedside manners were a little better and not so intimidating. Overall it's a great place to chose for wound care and everyone is different in their experience and recovery.
